DDS or DMDGundersen Lutheran's Department of Dental Specialists is seeking a BC/BE Prosthodontist. The Department of Dental Specialist consists of 1 prothodontist, 4 oral surgeons, 1 periodontist, 2 endodontists, 2 pediatric dentists, and 2 orthodontists. This is a strong clinical practice which encompasses all prosthondontic sub-disciplines. We have been active in the Cleft Palate Clinic, Tumor Conference, Sleep Disorder Center, Radiation Oncology, Speech Pathology, and Trauma Center. Candidates need to be proficient in fixed, removable and implant prosthodontics, have some experience in maxillofacial prosthetics (intra-oral), and be prepared to see patients consistent with a 5-day work week. The prosthodontic section currently uses digital imaging (radiography and intro-oral imaging). Gundersen Lutheran Health System, based in beautiful La Crosse,WI is home to 3 institutions of higher education, an area population of nearly 100k, and the aesthetic beauty of the Upper Mississippi River and bluffs region is unequalled in the Midwest. GLHS is a large, multi-specialty group that employs over 500 medical and associate staff. We have fully accredited residency programs and have the official desigation as the western campus of the University of Wisconsin Medical and Nursing Schools.
Our support to southwest Wisconsin, northeast Iowa, and southeast Minnesota includes 20+ regional clinics in addition to our main campus in La Crosse.
