HEALTH PLAN PROJECT MANAGERSummary
The Program Development Department within Operations is responsible for providing training for new and existing employees; launching new health plans; assisting with the creation of policies and procedures to support regional market efforts; and other projects aimed at ensuring we have repeatable processes that support the efforts of the regional teams.The Project Manager will assist with company implementations of the RelayHealth Service with our health plan partners. The role requires an understanding of health plan infrastructure and experience and expertise in managing the implementation process of a large-scale product rollout in a regional market.Key Responsibilities
Work closely with HP Project Manager Lead to assist with customer implementation tasks as assigned
Work with the HP Project Manager to setup; test and manage customer Claims process ? could include paper; ANSI 837 or other formats
Manage claims processing for customers including preparation of reports to accounting for payment processing and reimbursements
Coordinate internal resources to support Health Plan Implementation including a focus on Eligibility; SSI; Provider Directory; etc.
Maintain and augment documentation necessary to support health plans
Manage existing customer projects as assigned
Assist with research on pharmacy related issues; benefit design setup

Knowledge/Experience
Basic understanding of internal health plan operations and technology processes (including benefits, claims, and eligibility etc.).
Basic understanding of the relationships between health plans, providers and their members.
Bachelors Degree required.Skills
Demonstrable project management skills in a professional services environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively within all levels of an organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
