Project/Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of client projects by working closely with the assigned Account Manager, all ACM Operations departments, and assigned clients. This includes developing project timelines with action items and deliverables, documenting, tracking and coordinating account-related projects, and working with internal departments to ensure the timely completion of project assignments.

REQUIREMENTS
•Project Management (5+ years)
•Written & verbal communications
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Ability to effectively interface with executive and mid-level managers
•Microsoft Office and Project
•Ability to travel as needed (approx. 10%)
•Highly organized and detail oriented
•Ability to track, monitor, document, and coordinate implementation of technical specifications

Knowledge & Experience
•5+ years health care services experience
•Practical working knowledge of the managed care industry, and experience working with large health care payers in an implementation role is preferred.
•Experience in implementing technology services is preferred.
•Experience in coordinating work-product and deliverables among a variety of internal and client departments is required.
