Program Manager

Avante at Harrisonburg, a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility is seeking a licensed professional to screen, evaluate and treat patients, communicate with families, physicians and other health care team members and maintain documentation of services in the medical records; conduct inservices and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis in restorative and maintenance techniques.

Responsible for the training, orientation and counsel of new rehab department employees and to maintain the highest standard of care. Assures compliance with appropriate policies and procedures. Supervises Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist, Therapy Assistant and Therapy Aides.

• Must be licensed in Virginia as a Occupational or Physical Therapist with a Bachelors degree.

• Two years experience preferred.
