Currently, RehabCare is offering a Full Time Management opportunity for a Rehab Manager/Program Director in Harlingen, TX.. This position is available to licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists.

As a Rehab Manager with RehabCare your responsibilities will include:
program development
financial management
operations
and census/volume growth
deliver a full range of assessment and treatment plans
contribute to unit performance goals
Supervise a team of nursing, therapy, and healthcare professionals
Direct program development, quality improvement, and community education/marketing activities

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Masters degree as a Speech Language Pathologist from an accredited college or university
Current license and/or certification
Clinical experience
Manager experience
Experience with adult or geriatric population
