As Professional Representative for our Dermatology division, you will be responsible for the sales promotion of Astellas dermatology products (Protopic) to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital personnel within assigned geographic territory and the achievement of territory sales goals.Job Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual territory budgets. Call on targeted physicians to effectively promote the use of Astellas products. Communicate information on products through personal presentations, professional education activities, and other appropriate means. Utilize appropriate company literature, samples, and equipment with physicians. Collect and report significant marketing and competitive information. Analyze and plan, utilizing territory sales and call activity reports to ensure optimum call prioritization. Participate as a key representative in selected launching of new products or new indications for current products. Accurately report sales activities using TMS. Submit written reports as directed (expense, activity, call reports, etc) Execute sales and marketing promotions to physicians and other assigned accounts. Maintain all company equipment (mechanical and electronic) in good working order. Properly organize and store, in a secure environment, all company literature and other supplies. Attend all company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed by company management. In some territories, overnight travel is required.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree 3+ years pharmaceutical product sales, (additional specialty pharmaceutical sales required for more senior position) Dermatology experience preferred 10 - 25 % travel is anticipated in some territories To be considered, candidates must currently reside in the territory
Compensation:Base salary, plus quarterly bonus program, plus additional year end uncapped over achievement bonus potential - To be considered, candidates must currently reside in the territory
