The Product Support Analyst is responsible for responding to product application and technical support questions from customers using McKesson's Enterprise Wide Scheduling and/or Operating Room Management software solution(s). Interpret and Analyzes questions and issues and recommend corrective action. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to software engineering. May also be involved in customer installation/upgrades and training,Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide customers with application and technical support assistance primarily over the phone and/or remote connection within assigned product area of expertise.
2. Coordinate all activities pertaining to problem identification and resolution, while controlling customer expectations.
3. Document progress, resolution and time spent on all customer activity in the appropriate tracking systems.
4. Communicate customer status, concerns and issues to the appropriate internal resources on a routine basis or as a given situation warrants.
5. May also assist in the development of other support employees through participation in education and training activities.Position Description

Responsible for responding to product application support questions from customers regarding the company's software. Analyzes problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action. Recommends solutions to customer application questions. May utilize specialized domain expertise related to the specific application of the software to resolve customer problems.Minimum Requirements

1+ years of product applications support experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong application support troubleshooting skills are a plus.
College students and recent college graduates will be considered.Education
