Summary:



The Product Analyst, Customer Product Experience (CPE) will be responsible for creating and maintaining requirements, use cases and process flows for consumer product marketing initiatives designed to improve the Customer Experience. This position will also assist in identifying opportunities to improve current features on the web site. Working closely with the various cross functional teams (includes but not limited to engineering, marketing, other product organizations), the Product Analyst will identify, analyze, test and implement product requirements that will maximize operational effectiveness.

Identify opportunities to increase conversion, decrease operating costs, and improve the customer experience through product innovation and operational efficiencies. Assist in managing product development through the creation and maintenance of business and functional requirements, process workflows, use cases, reporting requirements and test cases. Communicate team's accomplishments upward and outward throughout organization.
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:B.A./B.S.5 to 7 years experience writing product/business requirements and use cases as well as communicating product details with project team. 2 to 3 years of experience with developing business process flows. Requires ability to work with resources throughout the organization with minimum guidance.Preferred: Experience in a Product role within a high-tech, development oriented organization Preferred: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to review data and develop actionable project programs based on findings. Preferred: SQL and Web Analytics a plusExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong product requirement and project management skills. Approachable, fair, and demonstrates a broad business sense and good business judgment. On-line retail experience a huge plus Travel experience a plus Strong leadership capabilities. Effective presenter to a variety of audiences. Strong technical and analytical aptitude. Solution and team oriented. Self starter with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment with limited supervision.
