Process Improvement Manager

A large, comprehensive $2B healthcare system seeks a Process Improvement Manager. This highly interactive position reports to the AVP of Financial Strategic Initiatives and plays a lead role in the multi-entry financial operations performance improvement initiatives. The Process Improvement Manager will support the organization by functioning as an analyst, facilitator, consultant and/or project manager as required. This individual will ensure the high quality of both the process and the results of the work as well as making sure that the appropriate change management principles are applied in the areas impacted by change.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have 5 years experience in process improvement project management and/or healthcare consulting as well as a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field as well as a CPA. The successful candidate will have a Masters degree in a related field or relative experience in lieu of Masters Degree. Our client seeks a bright individual who will be a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills with strong leadership and team building skills.
