We will raise the bar on quality and service and will set a new standard for the hospital care delivery.Job Type: Full-TimeJob Description:The Pre-op/Outpatient Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the care of patient's serviced by the pre-op/outpatient unit, requiring various surgical/invasive procedures. Provides direct and indirect patient care that insures the safety, comfort, personal hygiene and protection of patients and the performance of disease prevention and restorative measures. Implements treatment regimens based on observed abnormalities, appropriate reporting, referral, standardized procedures or the initiation of emergency procedures. Observes signs and symptoms of illness, reactions, behaviors or the general appearance of abnormal characteristics.Per diem and full time shifts available. The qualified candidate will be the graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and possess a license to work as an RN in the state of California as well as have at least one year experience in a pre-op/outpatient unit and a current BCLS and fire card. BSN certification is preferred.
