Responsible for supervising all nursing personnel on assigned unit to ensure safe and efficient care is provided. Assists Director with the selection and education of staff. Implements policies and procedures to achieve the desired goals. Hands on and provides direct patient care.

REQUIREMENTS
Current license to practice as a RN in the state of Texas
A minimum of 2 years management experience in a PACU setting of a hospital
BSN preferred
CPR and ACLS certification required, PALS certification preferred
Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians
Ability to lead and serve staff
Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
