Title: Physician Service Mgr

The Physician Services Manager will help lead the recruiting, implementation, training and account management efforts of the RelayHealth service with physicians in the regional market. This individual will work our large medical group customers in deploying our service to their physicians and staff.The role requires a strong understanding and experience with rolling out workflow products and comfort level working with physicians and their office staff. Strong technical expertise and workflow implementation experience are required. Health care experience is also required.Position Description

Responsible for supporting implementation, training and account management efforts underway with physician offices in new and existing markets. This role requires the ability to sell physicians and their staff on the benefits of the service, provide training and support to the physicians practices and manage any large group accounts requiring additional attention.Support Health Plan Provider Relations Efforts - %15
Work closely with Health Plan Provider Relations Representatives to help recruit and support the physician and staff users in the market.Participation in the Customer Support On-Call Team - % 5
