We now have over 750 dedicated employees and 100 providers to support our mission to provide quality health care that is both affordable and accessible.Provides and/or supervises therapy treatment for ESP Adult Day Health participants, ages 55 - 100+ years.
Responsible for:Initial evaluations
Reassessments and the development of a treatment plan which is consistent with physician orders and participant needs.*Up to $1,000 Sign-ON Bonus!!!!
REQUIREMENTS
Valid MA license required as well as 1-2 years experience.
*Per Diem shifts also available for PTAs/COTAs
