Tx:Team was founded in 1983 by J. Gregory Jennings, PT. We are therapist owned and operated. Our home office is in Indianapolis, IN. We currently provide therapy services in Indiana, South Carolina, Maryland and Illinois. The majority of Tx:Team’s contracts are with not-for-profit skilled nursing facilities (SNFs.) We also work with hospitals, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities and out patient clinics.

Tx:Team prefers to function as a partner with facilities, rather then a contractor or vendor. As a partner, Tx:Team shares in both the good times and bad times. Because of this, many of our partner facilities have chosen to work with us for many years. We have many facilities that we have worked with for the last five to twenty years.

One of the reasons for this is that we maintain consistent, full time staff in all of our facilities. This allows the therapist to feel more connected to the facility that they work in. It is not uncommon for the facilities that we work with to treat our therapy departments with the same respect they show their own employees.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be flexible to travel between various facilities such as inpatient, outpatient, and home health. Candidates must be willing to work with a variety types of patients.

Candidates must have a Physical Therapy license or is able to obtain a Physical Therapy in the state of Maryland.

This position offers a team working environment, competitive hourly based pay and benefits.

You will be reimbursed for drive time, gas, oil changes and mileage for traveling between our facilities in the Frederick and surrounding counties. Mentoring and training will be provided. Tx:Team offers a competitive benefit package and a flexible working schedule.
