Physical Therapist for Skilled Nursing & Hospital Based Setting

Illinois Knights Templar and Hoopeston Hospital has an open position in their Skilled Nursing Facility and their Outpatient clinic. These positions are full time opportunities for growth and advancement. Being a hospital based outpatient clinic this allows you to see a large variety mix of patient types of neuro and ortho. This skilled nursing facility and hospital supports their local community. Medicare cap does not affect the outpatient setting.
Renovations are being done for a new and larger therapy department which consists of 20 beds that consistently remain full at 15. Hoopeston is expanding the outpatient therapy services to a new clinic opening soon - 30 minutes from the hospital in Tissna Park, Illinois. Drive Time and Mileage is compensated for travel between facilities. REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking candidates who are looking for flexibility, adaptability and teamwork. Teamwork continues to be the drive force for success and this is why Illinois Knights Templar and Hoopeston Hospital have partnered with Tx:Team for all their Rehab Therapy Service needs for the past 3 years. Candidates must be licensed in the state of Illinois as a Physical Therapist or is able to obtain a Physical Therapist license.
Mentor and training is provided. Foreign trained therapists are welcomed to apply if they can become credentialed and licensed in Illinois.
