REQUIREMENTS


Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Kentucky. Must have acute care experience.
An interdisciplinary treatment team provides a coordinated plan of care to meet the individual needs of patients. Team members include: • patient & family/caregivers • physician • nursing • clinical dietician • respiratory therapy • physical therapy • social work • case management • occupational therapy • speech therapy • financial counselor
