Physical Therapist This position

Physical Therapist This position will be under an Employment Performance Contract and is responsible for the action plan of therapy programs, directs and assists patients in exercise other therapeutic interventions, and evaluates patient progress. This position will provide direct care to individuals with physical disabilities and/or functional limitations in clinic, inpatient, outpatient and outreach programs.
