Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in providing post-acute rehabilitation to a diverse population. We promote reasonable productivity goals to allow you to provide high quality of care and to put the patients' needs first.
REQUIREMENTS
Full-time Physical Therapist: Evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to the physician’s treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.
