About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Part time and a Full time enthusiastic, high energy Physical Therapists and full-time Physical Therapy Assistants who is a self starter to join our dynamic team of professionals. Our agency stresses a strong interdisciplinary approach to therapy in order to maximize each individual’s level of independence. PT's responsibilities include performing evaluations and treatment, supervision of a PTA, seating and positioning, basic wheelchair repairs and use of power lifts. Required hours are Monday –Friday only. NO WEEKENDS involved.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Skills Required:

The ideal candidates will have a PT or PTA degree from an APTA accredited school and possess a NYS license. Minimum 2 years experience required. Experience with MR/DD adults a plus but all applicants will be considered. Excellent oral and written skills, organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with coworkers, consumers, families and families! All applicants must have a valid New York State driver’s license.
