Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 180 bed post acute care facility located in Culpeper, Virginia. This center serves a mixed population of short-term rehab patients and long-term residents. Well supported by the community, Culpeper Health and Rehab is a great place to work.

REQUIREMENTS
Full or part-time PT opportunity at this 180-bed facility in Culpeper, VA. Evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents to the physicians treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning, records evaluation, treatment and charges. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention
