Full time position available. 40 hours/week. Dayshift or early evening hours.
Duties include providing therapy services in the home, working as a team member, communicating with agency and physicians, and providing documentation for patient care.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT).
