Department: Home CareSchedule: PRN (On-Call As Needed)Shift: Variable shiftHours: 8:00am - 5:00pmJob Details: Provides complete physical therapy care to Home Care patients, working toward optimal outcomes.QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school. Valid Wyoming Physical Therapist license. CPR certified. 2 years experience in either an in-patient or out-patient setting is preferred. Able to lift 40 lb. floor to knuckle; 25 lb knuckle to shoulder; 15 lb overhead.
