Provides patient education.
Coordination of services with other disciplines and resources.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Current Physical or Occupational Therapy License.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
Currently Licensed to practice in Ohio.
