Pharmacy Technician II - Participant Services

Must have current State Board of Pharmacy licensure and must possess current pharmacy technician certification.





Responsible for responding to requests received from Account Managers, National Account Executives, internal customers, and Quality Assurance relative to customer service experience and concerns within the Pharmacy. Enter and retranslate prescriptions based on requests received. Make physician and participant phone calls as needed. Follow through on standard operation procedures, problem solving and troubleshooting within Participant Services with minimal guidance. Additional duties as assigned. **SHIFT: MTWThF AltSat 10:00a - 6:30p**Job Requirements


Must possess strong interpersonal / communication and PC skills. Must have the ability to effectively identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Must have the ability to calculate figures, rates, ratios, percents and amounts in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals for the purpose of statistically reporting and assessing pharmacy performance


High School or GED is required. Pharmacy technical school preferred


Minimum of one year's experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, hospital, or PBM environment preferred.
