Responsibilities include providing service to customers coming to the pharmacy, answering telephones, assembling floor stock medications, refilling PYXIS machines, transportation of medications to and from nursing floors and departments, pre-packing and labeling medications under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. Projects an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct. Maintains a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures. Assists pharmacists with all aspects of departmental operations which include, but are not limited to, IV admixture including mixing of chemotherapeutic drugs, unit dose orders and cassette fill, satellite pharmacy operations, computer data entry, and TPN mixing, manually or using an auto-mixer. Assists the pharmacist with monthly floor stock inspections. Performs other duties as assigned.Application Process:

REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 1 year hospital experience.
High school diploma preferred.
Must possess a valid Technician Certification from the State of California
