The Iowa City VA Health Care System, a progressive, universit y-affiliated teaching facility, is seeking a full-time inpatient clinical staff pharmacist. The inpatient pharmacist will provide clinical pharmacy services for Medical and Surgical wards, Ambulatory Care Infusion Clinic, and Hematology/Oncology Service. Entails working rotating 1st and 2nd shifts and one weekend/month. Requires completion of Pharm.D. or formal baccalaureate pharmacy degree program recognized by ACPE, or minimum of one year experience equivalent to next lower level; U.S. citizenship; full, current, active, unrestricted license in any State or the District of Columbia, and must be eligible for pharmacist licensure in Iowa. Pre-employment physical/drug screening required. Salary commensurate with experience; Sign-on bonus negotiable.
