400 Bed - General Community Hospital is looking for a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator. This outstanding opportunity, is available to a dynamic individual who has strong communication skills, very strong clinical skills, computer literacy, and a minimum of 3 years current hospital clinical experience.

Duties to include but not limited to:
* Implementation of Pharmacy driven Clinical Initiatives.
* Clinically oriented MUE's, Formulary presentations, very active member of P&T committee.
* Staff assessment and development with regard to Clinical initiatives.

This is an exempt position with day shift hours and limited weekend coverage.

REQUIREMENTS
3 years hospital clinical experience, TX Pharmacist license or eligible.
