Description
The Changeback Pharmacist receives calls from participants over the telephone regarding a change that was made to their prescription, and provides Caremark SOP and clinical counseling as to the purpose of the change and educates the participant to accept these changes. If a change is needed, provides all necessary pharmacy skills to get the prescription prepped and ready for shipment. 1st and 2nd Shifts available, M-F.Job Requirements
Qualifications:
TX Registered RPh
Strong communication skills.
Strong clinical knowledge and background.
Strong customer service skills.

Education:
B.S. of Pharmacy or Pharm D.
License in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

Experience:
Previous pharmacy experience in a PBM, retail or hospital pharmacy, is desired.
