Katy Rehabilitation Hospitalis a brand new locally owned and operated healthcare facility in Katy providing inpatient Adult Physical Rehabilitation services with state of the art equipment and fully integrated electronic documentation system. We will be the FIRST paperless hospital in the Houston area!

Currently, they are searching for a Performance Improvement Coordinator to join their team!

Assist in the coordination, establishment, and maintenance of Katy Rehabilitation Hospital's Performance Improvement Program by providing optimum patient outcomes. In addition, this position will assist with the collection and analysis of key service indicators and monitor this data within the framework of the agency. The Performance Improvement Coordinator will plan and implement the Performance Improvement component of new employee orientation and staff educational programs. In collaboration with the Performance Improvement Manager, this position will coordinate, identify and plan interventions/actions to correct or enhance patient care.

Work with the Performance Improvement Module in CPSI
Oversee all hospital quality measurements
Suggest appropriate changes to hospital policy
Assist the Performance Improvement Compliance Officer
Generate Performance Improvement Reports
Coordinate Performance Improvement Meetings
Collect Department Reports
Review Charts for Documentation & Insure Compliance with regulatory standards
Investigate Variance Reports
Assemble Hospital Response Teams
Assist with Nurse Education
Conduct In-Services
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree With Previous Experience In Health Care
Valid Texas RN License Required
A Minimum Of 1 Year Experience With Performance Improvement
Certified Professional In Health Care Quality (CPHQ) Preferred
