Patient Care Coordinator - Wilmington Operating Room

Classification: NursingDuties and Responsibilities:
The Wilmington Operating Room is recruiting for the position of Patient Care Coordinator.The selected candidate will funtion as a licensed professional caregiver under the supervision of the Manager, Wilmington Hospital operating Room. Will Utilize leadership and clinical skills to coordinate patient care and unit operations. Also delegates patient care responsibilities, facilitates communication among interdisciplinary team members/care teams, and manages the patient's plan of care to ensure achievement of desired patient outcomes and the delivery of cost effective quality care.BSN preferred; Minimum of 3 years experience in OR required, preferably in ENT, Oral-Maxillofacial, Ophthalmology. CNOR preferred.
