Patient Advocate

PinnacleCare, a healthcare advocacy firm taking healthcare to a new height, is looking for a Patient Advocate to join the team in Baltimore. Caring and attentive professionals, motivated by an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in others’ lives are needed.Work with a great team in a fast-paced and collaborative office as we revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered. As a PinnacleCare Advocate, you will develop and nurture long term relationships with our members throughout the country and be their liaison with the healthcare community. Work with the research team to identify the best hospitals, physicians, alternative medicine practitioners and the most appropriate healthcare options in the world on behalf of our members and facilitate all aspects of their care. In this exciting role, you will also identify and facilitate access to the best wellness options.

REQUIREMENTS
College degree a must, exposure to clinical medicine or at least 3 years of client services in healthcare setting preferred, professional appearance, outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal skills, proficiency in computer applications and Internet, ability to negotiate and get things done, passion for helping people/customer service, detail oriented, excellent time management skills, independent and resourceful, creative, can-do attitude, strong work ethic.
