Patient Access Systems Analyst

Frankford Hospital is looking for a Patient Access Systems Analyst to work in our Torresdale/Bucks campus. This person will be responsible for maintenance and testing for all SMS Patient Management application revisions/updates. Maintenance and testing for all scheduling system (SCI) updates/changes/user requests. Providing telephone and on-line support to all SMS Invision and SCI users as needed. Comprehends interfaces of other software programs utilized by Patient Access and trouble-shoots as necessary, working with FH IS or JHS to resolve issue(s). Performs system reporting through adhocs, Intellect and self-written Olie scripts.

REQUIREMENTS


Minimum of two years experience on SMS Invision System. Experience with AdHoc report writing. Knowledge of Eclypsis Clinical System, Scheduling.com, On-Demand, Image Vision and HDX is beneficial. High School Diploma or equivalent.
