Purpose: Aerotek Scientific has an IMMEDIATE opening for a part-time, home-based Technical CRA located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area!

Technical Clinical Research Associate (Home-Based)

Job Description:

-Help with device operation activities during the clinical study.
-Responsible for field trouble-shooting the Company?s products,
-Assist in the clinical evaluation of new devices or modification to devices and manage the implementation of device changes during the clinical study.
-Perform these duties in compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP?s) and the investigational plan.

Requirements:

-For this position, a minimum a BS in Engineering or relevant scientific degree required.
-1-5 years of industry experience in clinical engineering or relevant clinical trial operations experience is desired.
-MUST have experience with computer-controlled medical devices.

Others include: Excellent customer communication skills with medical professionals and researchers; the ability to troubleshoot the Company?s products with skill and patience; excellent reading, writing, problem-solving and communication skills in the English language; the ability to perform work independently.


Additional Information:

Part-Time: This position will take up 50% of your time, you will work 2-3 days per week.
Travel: 15%
# of Sites: 4
Visits per week: 2-3 days
