Part-Time Occupational Therapist

Located in Smyrna, Delaware – DHCI, Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill is a long-term care facility located on a 62-acre campus with 400 licensed beds providing intermediate and skilled care. In addition, DHCI provides four special programs:
•Medical Adult Day Care•Respite Care Services•Emergency Placement through Adult Protective Services•Central Admission/Intake for the three Division of Public Health nursing homes:
The Therapy Services Department at DHCI is comprised of an experienced and dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
We are currently seeking a Part-time Occupational Therapist to join our team.Responsibilities of this position include: evaluating clients through occupational therapy assessments and documenting the physical and overall mobility status; development of interventions which aide in maintaining, developing, or regaining their highest level of mobility.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed or license-eligible in Delaware as an Occupational Therapist. Experience with a Geriatric Population is a huge plus.20 hour work week.Excellent Compensation!!!
