Paramedic Firefighter

PARAMEDIC FIREFIGHTER
As a Paramedic Firefighter assigned to the White Sands Test Facility Emergency Services, candidate will be required to perform emergency medical and firefighting duties while performing day-to-day activities contributing to the operation of the Emergency Services Section.

The successful candidate must *be at least 18 years-of-age *possess a valid New Mexico Class E Driver's License *EVOC (emergency vehicle operator's course) certificate. *CPR for the healthcare provider certificate; New Mexico Paramedic License or National Registry EMT-P (NREMT-P) *A current PALS and ACLS card are also required. *Firefighter I Certification preferred.

Candidate must also have an understanding of all Federal, State, and local regulations and reporting requirements. Good interpersonal communication skills a must.

Clearance:
Secret clearance preferred or ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance mandatory.
