NURSING Public Health Nurse - Adult Services
Chisago County Health & Human Services Department is currently seeking to fill
the position of Registered Nurse/ Public Health Nurse - Adult Services.
Position is three days a week. Position is responsible for client care for individuals who are elderly or
have a disability or mental illness. Candidate must be able to work well
independently as well as being a part of a team. Travel within Chisago County
is required. Case management and community health public nursing activities,
i.e., blood pressure clinics and health fairs duties included.
QUALIFICATIONS: A valid RN, PHN registration desirable and a valid driver
license is required. Current knowledge of home care regulations including
