We’re seeking Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and Speech Language Pathologists at the following facilities:
Pine Arbor in Silsbee, Texas (PT will work between Silsbee and Kountze)
Kountze Nursing Center in Kountze, Texas
Pine Forest Nursing Center in Beaumont, TexasWe will pay $0.35 per mile + hourly rate while traveling between facilities.The ideal candidate will have a desire to work with geriatric patients in a skilled care environment. SNF experience a plus.Benefits:

REQUIREMENTS
Physical TherapistQualified candidates will possess:
•Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy with current licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility)

Qualified candidates will possess:
