Immediate Openings:Staff RN
Full-time Case Manager needed for the Evansville office. Hours are primarily M-F 8AM-4:30PM. Provides holistic treatment, preventative and rehabilitative services and provides the oversight and management of services to individual and families within their homes. Must hold Indiana RN license with 6 months experience in home health preferred. Offers a competitive salary and benefits. Mental Health RN
Full-time position, hours are primarily M-F 8-4:30, with participation in the MH on call rotation with other MH team members. Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. One year of recent psychiatric nursing experience is required of nurses that have completed a BSN degree. Two years of recent psychiatric nursing experience is required of Associates degree level RN. Accepts responsibility for the admission of psychiatric cases. Acts as a resource for consultation with home health care patients and other home health care case managers.Home Hospice Openings
Hospice RN- Full-time positions, M-F 8AM-4:30PM. Oncology and/or ICU experience preferred. Other experience will be considered. Must be licensed in Indiana.Causal Hospice RN - positions are available for Home Hospice. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for supplemental income or looking to work as needed.
Charlier Hospice Center Opening
Home Care Aide- 32 hours per week, 2nd shift, 2:45PM-11:45PM, with rotating holidays and weekends. Competitive pay with shift differential.
