PRN LVN/RN FOR GRAVEYARD IN ROBSTOWN

Deaconess HomeCare leads the community in pediatric home health and provides skilled nursing to medically fragile children in their own homes. Private duty nursing (PDN) provides one-on-one care in the home.

REQUIREMENTS
LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS: Graduate of a School of Nursing and current licensure by the Texas State Board of Nursing; Valid Driver's License; Social Security Card; Current CPR Certification
EXPERIENCE: Prefer a minimum of one year pediatric home health nursing experience
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Provide safe and accurate nursing care utilizing the nursing process and following policy guidelines; Practice nursing interventions and actions consistent with the plan of care to maintain, restore, improve, Promote health, and prevent complications or repeated illness; Maintain a working relationship with peers, supervisors, physicians, ancillary staff, and the families; Instruct and educate patient, caregiver, and peers about specialized care for the patient; Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
