PRESIDENT - REGENCE LIFE & HEALTH (JOB # 14057)

Utilizing your strong entrepreneurial background and ambitious drive to succeed, you will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of the business strategy of the Company. This includes:
Planning, organizing and overseeing assigned work programs
Conducting and implementing planning activities
Analyzing and evaluating operations and developing/implementing corrective action to resolve problems
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for motivated risk-takers who aren't afraid to take on exciting challenges. Candidates should be able to adapt to a cross-functional environment combining a sales/marketing background with the following skills:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business related field
Minimum of 10 years demonstrated Life and Disability experience in most, if not all, of the following areas: underwriting, claims administration, financial analysis, compliance, general administration and marketing
Superior technical knowledge of practices, principles, procedures and regulations as they relate to group life and disability products
General understanding of medical and dental products
Superior knowledge of fiscal management, including budget preparation and expense control
Organizes, prioritizes and meet deadlines
Superior management skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, supervisors, employees, agencies and the general public
Works well under pressure
Ability to create and maintain a team approach to goal setting and achievement
Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing
