PHYSICAL THERAPIST- Per Diem

Position Summary:
Responsible for evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status for in-patient and community patients. Will assist with other department responsibilities as assigned. Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to and communicate with the pediatric population.

Flexible hours, weekend and weekdays available
REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements:

Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or both.

Licensed in the state as a physical therapist.

Minimum of 2-3 years of pediatric experience required.

Excellent communication skills.
