REQUIREMENTS
Work Experience: Must be a graduate of an approved two year school for Physical Therapist Assistants; prefer membership in American Physical Therapy Association. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas. CPR certification.Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization. Ability to treat patients, perform reassessments, educate patients, network with physicians. Ability to organize, support, and motivate staff, manage conflicts and solve problems. Demonstrate excellent communication skills both orally and written.
