This position will oversee Transplant and BMT.
Within this position , you will review and evaluate individual drug orders for efficacy, safety and cost, document the care provided to patients supervise the drug distribution operations and routinely communicate with physicians, nurses and patients regarding drug delivery.

REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications: Hospital pharmacy practice and Clinical pharmacy practice experience preferred.Required Education/Training:
BS Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Degree preferred: formal clinical clerkship training or equivalent experience: Pharmacy Residency preferred. California Pharmacist License required.Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification or American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification required.Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
