PACT Team Leader

The Programs of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is a multidisciplinary treatment team designed to provide mental health and case management services to individuals who have a severe and persistent mental illness. The program provides services to children and adolescents ages 6-18, and adults ages 18 and older. Services are provided to the local community.

Responsibilities (not inclusive):
•Provides leadership and supervision for the team.
•Provides direct mental health and case management services to children and adolescents in Baltimore City.


Candidacy qualifications:
•LCSW-C required.
•One year or more applicable experience with children and adolescents are required.
•A minimum of three years post-masters clinical experience in a mental health care setting is required.
•Proficient knowledge of mental health treatment and case management is required.
•Highly effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
