PACS Administrator- Radiology

Introduction:Full time day position.Comprehensive benefit package including competitive salary offered.Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of integration between the imaging systems, you will work directly with Information Services on infrastructure components such as network, system hardware, backup routines and security. Activities include assurance of the proper operation of the PACS, RIS and Voice Recognition systems. This would include quality control, image workflow, archiving, pre-fetching, report workflow control and other related activities.Closing:

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree with ARRT certification/State of Connecticut Radiographer license or license eligible required. Demonstrated working knowledge of PACS systems, network, PC protocols and usage of common software essential. Project management (from planning to implementation) experience required. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to communicate among all levels of the organization.
