This position will troubleshoot, find root cause, and support multiple facilities.

Acknowledge OPAS/Remedy tickets and follow-up with the client in a timely fashion.

Follow-up communication back to the facility with troubleshooting results and resolution.

Document issues, troubleshooting steps and resolutions in OPAS/Remedy in a timely fashion.

Perform routine maintenance and system checks

Develop and provide training materials

Escalation of issues which one cannot resolve to appropriate party.

Document issues and resolutions for knowledge database

Test upgrades and patches prior to rollout to facilities

Table build and maintenance as required

Provide backup support for other team members and require to be on call rotation

Will be required to work extended hours on a routine basis

Assist in capitalizing on clinical business development opportunities with both current and potential customers. Identify, analyze, and evaluate alternative design solutions.Required Skills

Minimally qualified candidate will have a complete understanding of order management processes and previous experience supporting clinical systems, McKesson Horizon Order Management optimal.

Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in healthcare or equivalent experience.

Outstanding candidate will also possess knowledge of clinical departments to include acute hospital experience and knowledge of clinical work flow processes with order management emphasis.

Knowledge of HIPAA, JCAHO, DOH, other regulatory agency standards and requirements, and medical terminology.Required Degree / Credentials:
