As one of the nation's top cancer centers, the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Center is known for innovative cancer therapies and groundbreaking clinical research.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Operations Manager of Radiation Oncology who will plan, implement and evaluate processes related to performance improvement, staffing effectiveness, fiscal management, staff competence and customer service outcomes within area of responsibility. Ensures that regulatory requirements/standards, policies and procedures are communicated to subordinate staff and integrated into practice. Collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to plan, implement and monitor clinical activities within assigned service area. Monitors activities for and ensures compliance with laws, government regulations, JCAHO requirements, regulatory agencies and Karmanos Cancer Center (KCC) policies. Three years of experience managing Radiation Oncology departments.
