Operating Room Leadership Opportunity

The position oversees 110 FTEs with five direct reports and is responsible for the daily operations of a surgical services department performing 10,000 cases in 10 OR suites (inpatient and outpatient) including 3 open-heart rooms. Qualified candidates will have their BS, and a minimum of five years management experience with comparable surgical volumes. The ideal candidate will be clinically competent, confident, will uphold the highest standards of patient care, demonstrate flexibility, have exceptional people and communication skills, be a visible leader, and have a successful track record of improving operational efficiency
