This is an area that is for someone who loves the four seasons and enjoys the outdoors! Located on the boarder of MI & WI, you can take advantage of all the State Forests, Wildlife and Lake Superior. Our multidisciplinary team is lead by a dynamic rehab coordinator and she is eager to meet you. This newly remodeled facility is comprised of a 65 be skilled facility with another Assisted Living Facility (ALF) of 17. Our caseload is a pretty good mix of Med A & B in this facility with an excellent relationship with the nursing staff. Ideally we are looking for therapists both full time and PRN hours; preferably with some knowledge of Medicare regs.

REQUIREMENTS
Implements effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline on an as needed, as available basis.Must be a graduate from an accredited program for Occupational Therapy.
