Find out how you can make your own impression.Christiana Hospital with a Level I trauma unit, offers a full range of rehabilitation services for inpatients including the Adult, Pediatric and Geriatric populations. Christiana also has a stroke unit which is the primary referral source for our 41 bed rehabilitation unit at Wilmington Hospital. Wilmington Hospital is unique in that it has the area’s only “Easy Street” environment, a system of specifically designed activities to simulate the challenges patients will face in their everyday lives. As a Clinical Supervisor with Christiana Care, you will have the opportunity to work in an acute care setting that includes trauma patients, stroke and other neurologic disorders, geriatrics, oncology, orthopaedics and general medical /surgical patients. Interested candidates must have excellent evaluation skills, Dynamic abilities, creative clinical skills, well organized, 3 - 5 years clinical experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a clincal setting and the desire to work with a coordinated team of nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy and other professionals in a fast paced environment.Candidates must be a Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a current DE license and registered with the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy. We are currently seeking a supervisor to be actively involved and enthusiastic in meeting the challenges of patient treatment today and engaged in life long learning to promote the profession for the community we serve.
